What are the service times?

Sabbath School, or Bible Study, begins on Saturdays at 9:15 am with family time in the main sanctuary. At 9:45 am, smaller groups meet in separate classrooms according to age for children 18 and under, or based on preference for adults. Worship service is from 10:55 am until about 12:00 pm (or thereabout). Visit our Worship Services page for more details.

What should I expect during the service?

The worship service will include music and singing, a children's story, Bible readings, and the Pastor's sermon. Visitors are acknowledged and personally welcomed to Kansas City Central. Our members are friendly and will likely shake your hand after service and invite you to come again to fellowship with us. If you visit on the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month, we invite you to stay and enjoy potluck luncheon with us. You are always welcome to join us. Check the Calendar of Events page for the schedule.

What should I wear?

Feel free to come as you are. When you do visit, you will see that some of our members wear suits and ties or dresses, and others wear dress pants with shirts or blouses. And a few will be wearing jeans. We welcome you to wear what feels most appropriate to you.

Is the church handicap accessible?

Yes. The handicap parking is accessible with clearly marked signs. Curb cuts and wide doorways allow for access into the church with no need for steps or stairs. A wheelchair is available for anyone in nee.

What if I have more questions?
